The 2010 season is now upon us. Once again we are filling our moorage slips up quickly. The lake continues to get busier and as such there are new markers in the South arm identifying the "Slow" zones. By law all boaters are required to reduce thier speed to 10km/hr inside the markers. These proximity markers were put in to assist the boaters in identifying the exhisting speed zone. There will be more markers going in this season. All boaters are now required to have "Proof of Competancy" in order to operate any powered vessel. Check out Transport Canada for more information.
